Milan becomes youngest Prediction Contest winner ever; Robin wins first team title

Milan has won the ESCDaily Prediction Contest 2025. The twelve year old boy from Netherlands scored 76 points in the Grand Final, which was enough to overtake everyone and climb into first place. Meanwhile, Robin finished in 6th place to win the ESCDaily editorial team title for the first time in his career.

FinTGM09 finished in second place. Myrthe came in third and longtime competitor Marc vd Heijden finished in a respectable 4th place.

Team title

From the ESCDaily team, Erik finished in 8th place, Steef came in 10th and Dennis placed 11th. After 12 years in a row in which either Erik or Steef took the team title, Dennis took his first team title last year and now Robin follows him with his first team title as well.

Milan breaks multiple records

Milan thereby becomes the contest’s youngest winner ever. However, this is not the only record he broke. His total score of 248 points was a record low for a Prediction Contest winner. With such a record, Milan followed the example of singer JJ from Austria, whom he correctly predicted would win the Eurovision title. It also proved how this year was incredibly difficult to predict for everyone, including bookmakers.
